The London to Brighton Charity Bike Ride on June 17th 2012 was a great opportunity for team 3G Stepper Bike UK to prove that not only is the stepper a great work out, it can also go the distance too, with 7 of us covering the 56 miles in a respectable 7 hours with little aching the next day and certainly not a sore bottom in site!
